As a seasoned Business Psychologist with over 15 years of experience, I am passionate about leveraging psychological insights to foster transformative change.

My career has involved a spectrum of HR roles, culminating in a position as Head of Talent & Leadership Development for an organisation of over 38,000 employees. I’ve worked as a strategic partner to executive boards and organisations of all shapes and sizes as they look to bring about real and lasting change for their people.

Throughout my career, I’ve worked internationally with roles in mainland China, the UK, USA, and across mainland Europe. This global perspective has been instrumental in shaping customisable strategies that resonate across all levels and regions of an organisation.
